HEDGEHOG & PLANTER  COLLECTION

 FMS is a local community organisation which provides the environment, facilities and expertise for local, largely retired men to meet up for a chat, cuppa and undertake hobbies and community projects. By purchasing our products made in the Mens Shed you are not only helping members to learn new skills but also ensure that this important community initiative can continue into the future 

This sturdy, hand made, bird table is made from recycled and pressure treated wood, painted with wood preserver to protect it from the elements. The standard design is 5ft tall with covered area and outdoor balcony. However if you have specific requirements please discuss with us.

Price - £40 each (suggested donation) 

With their habitat vanishing and increasing with human pressures, it is important that we provide our hedgehogs with the protection they need. Our Hedgehog House is constructed with an internal room, covered entrance and is raised up from the ground. And is made from safe, pressure treated wood.

Price - £45.00(suggested donation) 

If you have trouble with cats, dogs or foxes eating your hedgehog food. Or its getting wet. Our Hedgehog Feeding Station is constructed with an internal room, covered entrance and is raised up from the ground, which greatly reduces unwanted food thieves. And is made from safe, pressure treated wood.

Price: - £30.00(suggested donation)  

Planters

These sturdy, hand made, Planters are made from pressure treated wood, painted with wood preserver or paint to protect them from the elements. Sizes vary . Dependant on your specific requirements please discuss them with us.

Price - £35 to £90+ (suggested donation) 

Boxes can be either collected from Fairford & District Mens Shed on a Monday or Wednesday morning at our Dovecote Workshop, or we can deliver in the Fairford area. Payment either by Cash, cheque or bank transfer (please contact for bank details). Prices are as of May 2023 but may change dependent on raw meterial costs.
